Primary Responsibilities:

The Publisher Success Manager will ensure optimum performance is maintained across company’s publisher partners. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers and leveraging their analytical skills as a core component of publisher relationship management. This role is perfect for someone who has a proven ability to provide value added insight from raw data to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Duties will include: 

• Interact with both internal and external customers providing guidance on the use of our product 
• Reporting: Monitor publisher performance stats as well as provide trends and analysis to management
• Escalate potential customer satisfaction issues to management 
• Monitor new publisher deployments and optimize performance for customer retention and growth 
• Provide client service support and maintain excellent working relationships with publishers and company partners utilizing tools to ensure performance and objectives are satisfied 
• Coordinate with the technology team in troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues 

 Qualifications:

• 1-5 years experience working in online advertising with a focus on Publisher account management and business intelligence 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and analyze performance data to be communicated to publisher partners 
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze an issue to arrive at root cause, and provide necessary suggestions for resolution 
• High ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow-through 
• Strong client service skills with an ability to effectively communicate with various audiences 
• Thrives in an informal, rapidly-changing, do-it-yourself style startup culture 
• Strong sense of professionalism and integrity 
• Strong working knowledge of the online advertising space (search and/or media) 
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
