Implementation Services Manager (#231-MH237)
About this job
The Implementation Services Manager will gather and understand new clients’ business requirements and then implement the solution to meet these requirements. The successful candidate will:
- Become an expert in our highly advanced management solution and drive excellence in all implementation services
- Help each client implement our code throughout their websites, across marketing campaigns and perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully
- Be responsible for all technical aspects of the proposed solution working in close partnership with the Product Management, Engineering and Account Management team.
He/she must be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The desired result should always be a high level of customer satisfaction. The qualified candidate will also have the opportunity to manage high-impact internal initiatives and projects to help take our business to the next level.
Duties
Responsibilities:
- Work on multiple projects, with a cross functional team of account managers and implementation
- Design, build and deploy our products across new client sites
- Validate and debug implementations and follow through on issues until resolved
- Ensure marketing campaign tracking/reporting requirements are met
- Create technical page-tagging strategies, Statement of Work and project documentation
- Project manage the implementation and its stakeholders
- Communicate constantly with customers and managers throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular status updates
- Support client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process
- Work with the Account Management and Product Management Team to improve processes and product
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree or relevant industry experience
- At least 2 years Client or Professional Services experience
- Experiences with online marketing technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project implementation and methodologies experience
- Competency in HTML/JavaScript, cookies, URL encoding and knowledge of online ad serving/ web analytics/affiliate platforms
Desired background:
- 2+ years: Ad ops / trafficking
- 2+ years: Web analytics / affiliate implementation
- Technical Account Management in the digital marketing industry
